Yes. We provide ongoing management for conditions such as high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Your care may include monitoring, medication management, laboratory testing, lifestyle guidance, and follow-up visits.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of your current medications and doses, and any relevant medical records or test results.
Is Elon Health an urgent care?
Elon Health Primary Care provides scheduled, non-emergency care. For urgent, life-threatening symptoms such as chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, or signs of a stroke, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

What are your office hours?
Our primary care office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends. Call ahead to schedule the appointment time that works best for you.

Are IV therapy and medical weight management covered by insurance?
These are self-pay services, offered by appointment after a provider evaluation. Ask us for pricing when you call.
Who can be a patient here?
We see teens 16 and older, adults, and seniors.
What don't you treat?
We don't provide pediatric care for children under 16, or OB and prenatal care. We also don't offer addiction or alcohol treatment. If you need one of these, call us and we'll help point you in the right direction.
