About Our Medical Director
Dr. Sandeep Pandya is a board-trained family medicine physician with extensive experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and medical leadership. He is currently the Medical Director at Elon Health Primary Care, where he provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families.
Dr Pandya believes in building long-term relationships with patients and focusing on prevention, early diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans. His approach to medicine emphasizes listening, education, and collaborative decision-making to help patients achieve their best possible health outcomes.
In addition to his primary care practice, Dr. Pandya previously served as Medical Director of the Observation Unit at Florida Hospital Winter Park, where he worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality of care and patient experience. His background in emergency and observation medicine gives him a broad clinical perspective and the ability to manage both routine and complex medical conditions.
Dr. Pandya earned his medical degree from Xavier University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine–Midland, where he also served as Clinical Faculty. He remains actively involved in continuing medical education and professional organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
Outside of the exam room, Dr Pandya is passionate about improving access to high-quality primary care and helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
