Elon Health Primary Care is a family medicine practice on US Highway 27 near I-4. Dr. Sandeep Pandya, a board-trained family medicine physician, is our Medical Director. The office has an in-house laboratory and non-invasive digital X-ray, so routine blood work and many images happen in the same building. We see patients for annual physicals, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, chronic disease management, immunizations, pre-op clearances and sick visits.

This office is part of AdventHealth's Primary Care+ network and sits near AdventHealth Heart of Florida hospital. AdventHealth says Primary Care+ sees patients ages 5 and up at a standard primary care copay, with next-day and evening appointments. Services range from annual wellness exams to treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Medeplex

Best for: Primary care in the same building as AdventHealth specialists

This AdventHealth Medical Group practice is on the third floor of the Medeplex building on Lionel Way. AdventHealth Heart of Florida says its Davenport primary care physicians include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric and geriatric providers, with annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, immunizations, medication management and onsite labs. The same building houses AdventHealth diabetes and endocrinology and weight-loss practices.

Best for: An independent family practice with pharmacy services

Soni Family Practice was founded in Davenport in 2013 and now has seven Central Florida locations. Its website lists primary and preventive care, physicals, on-site lab tests, immunizations, ultrasounds, telehealth, pharmacy services through AZ Pharmacy, and transportation assistance for eligible patients. The practice says it cares for Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients.

Best for: Primary care alongside imaging, DOT exams and integrative therapies

Highway Integrative Health Center is an independent clinic on Webb Drive. Its site lists primary care visits, preventive care, lab tests, on-site imaging, telemedicine and DOT exams, along with IV therapy, SoftWave therapy and physician-assisted weight loss programs. The site names Dr. Jose Lopez-Chevres as its physician and says "Sí, hablamos español."

Central Florida Health Care is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Its Davenport location lists adult and pediatric primary care, OB/GYN, dental, endocrinology, podiatry, nutrition services, HIV and hepatitis C care, and an on-site pharmacy. The organization offers a sliding fee scale. New patients schedule by phone; online booking is for established patients.

Best for: Primary care inside a pharmacy on US-27

Premier Medical, a Central Florida primary care group affiliated with NeueHealth, opened this clinic inside the Walgreens on US-27 in July 2025. Its page lists chronic disease management for diabetes, high blood pressure and heart conditions, preventive screenings, blood draws, and on-site care coordination and referrals. It describes a "friendly, bilingual team."

Which type of practice fits you?

Health-system practices (AdventHealth) suit people who want their primary care doctor, specialists and hospital in one network. Check that your plan covers that system.
Community health centers (Central Florida Health Care) suit people without insurance or on a tight budget. Federally funded health centers must offer a sliding fee discount based on income and family size, and serve patients regardless of ability to pay.
Medicare Advantage senior centers suit people 65 and older whose plan they accept. With Medicare Advantage, you may need to use doctors in the plan's network and get a referral to see a specialist, so check your plan's directory first.
