Requests that arrive during office hours are usually answered the same business day. Requests that come in overnight or over the weekend are answered the next business morning. When we call, we will confirm the reason for your visit, check your insurance, and find a time that works. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will try the email address you gave us.
Elon Health Primary Care is an appointment-based family medicine practice. We are not a walk-in clinic, so please wait for us to confirm a time rather than coming to the office. If you have a medical emergency such as chest pain, trouble breathing, weakness on one side, or heavy bleeding, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a call back.

We are at 43378 US Highway 27 Suite B, Davenport, FL 33837, just off US-27 near I-4, serving Davenport, Champions Gate, Haines City, Kissimmee, and Polk County. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, closed weekends. On-site we have a full-service laboratory and digital X-ray, so most testing happens in the same building as your visit.
